No Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Samir GenAI Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and educational resources. To maintain the integrity of our course materials, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

Our course is sold as a 3-month subscription, billed once at the start of the term. Once a registration is confirmed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including for any unused portion of the subscription term.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

• Digital Content: Course materials, including recordings and documents, are digital assets that cannot be "returned" once accessed.
• Full Access From Day One: The entire curriculum is unlocked at the start of the subscription term, not released gradually, so the full value is available immediately.
• Immediate Access: Students receive immediate access to proprietary curriculum and resources upon registration.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen events may occur. While refunds are not provided, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription Extension:

• If you are unable to use your subscription due to a medical emergency or critical personal issue, you may request an extension of your 3-month access term.
• Extension requests must be made via email to samirshkumar@gmail.com before your subscription term expires.
• Approval of such requests is subject to administrative review.

4. Service Discontinuation by Academy

In the unlikely event that Samir GenAI Academy discontinues the course entirely during your active subscription term:

• You will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
